internal compiler error

Internal compiler error using gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
under Win32 cygwin and gcc version 2.95.1 19990816 (release) under
Tru64.

Attached compressed command line, ii and s files for Win32 2.95.2, since
I thought the latter version would be more useful. Files contain
Win-style CRLF line breaks.

If needed, I can provide the same info for 2.95.1 under Tru64.
