i have problems!

hello !
i have a sparc station 10 and solaris 2.6, gcc binary 2.5.6, make  3.77,
i'm working in tcsh.
and
i was try to install gcc-2.95.2 but i did the next and the problems was:

i did a new directory out of tree how the instructions say.

next..

#../gcc-2.95.2/configure
#make bootstrap-lean

but the output was
