bug on alpha-plattform

Hi!

I found a bug on the alpha-plattform ... while compiling ddd
(DataDisplayDebugger).
I collected the .ii file and the source files in a compressed tarfile.
I the commandline caused the bug is in output.txt.

My System is a Alpha SX 164 with 533Mhz, 256MB-Ram, Adaptec 2940 Scsi,
using Linux Kernel 2.2.12 with gcc 2.95.1 and binutils-2.9.4.0.6
