2.95.1 install bugs

Problems found whilst installing gcc 2.95.1:

     1. README says to see INSTALL directory, but the only
file in INSTALL is another README saying that this
directory is obsolete and use "install" instead, and
that "INSTALL" will be removed. I think README should
     be updated.

     2. When I run configure, there is a weird "-E}" not
found error near the end. It creates a makefile
anyway though. As per recommendation, I have my
source in gcc-2.95.1 and the object in objdir and
     used command ../gcc-2.95.1/configure to configure.

     3. I ran "make" regardless, and get error "No source
     file argv.c".

Any ideas? I have attached both confout and made, the
two files produced from the two errors.

     Thanks. Paul.
