Hello,
i think i found a bug in egcs. When i try to compile the
little program:
int main() {
const char p[]= "Hallihallo";
char *b= p;
(*p)++;
}
i get the Error:
/usr/bin/g++ -v --save-temps -o main.o -c main.cpp

I am using a Suse6.1 distribution with Linux Kernel patched to
version 2.2.12 on a Pentium2-350, 128MB Ram, ldd /bin/ls says
libc.so.6 => /lib/libc.so.6 (0x4000a000)
/lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x80000000)
the complete sources are in the attached tar.
I hope this helps you a little by further improving egcs.
Andre
