Environment:  SunOS 4.1.4

in directory gcc/ch, file 'parse.c fails to compile.

many errors, culminating in a 'too many errors' error.

The initial error points at 'parse.h', line 22. and is:
    ./parse.h:22: DELAY: argument mismatch

five identical messages, at different line-numbers in parse.c

then:
     "./parse.h", line 22: syntax error at or near symbol (`
     "./parse.h", line 22   unknown size

All the subsequent messages are 'side-effects' of the above issue..

Cause appears to be a prior #define for DELAY.

presumeably the one in gcc/include/stand/saio.h

quick-and-dirty fix:

   added
      #ifdef DELAY
      #undef DELAY
      #endif
   to the top of gcc/ch/parse.h
