Upon further investigation, I've realized this test doesn't *yet* produce
an ICE, but did when rth's proposed patch for improving COMMON debuggability
was added.  (I forgot that I'd tried the patch out on my own g77 test suite
early last month, and added newly failing tests so future g77 maintainers
would have a bit more to work with.  I've now verified that the other tests
I added as part of that exercise do deserve, at least based on unpatched
g77, to be in compile/.)
