Hi,
g++ -v --save-temps -c groan.cc -O1 >& groan.out
yields an internal compiler error, under gcc 2.95 running on a dp264 (ev6),
with RedHat 6.0 and an updated binutils. This gcc has libg++ folded in.
There is no problem if you don't optimize.

P.S. I removed groan.cc.bz2 from this letter to pass the 100K filter.
