[BUG REPORT] Internal Compiler Error

Hi!
I just tried to compile plib-1.0.12a with
$ gcc -v
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i586-pc-linux-gnu/pgcc-2.95.1/specs
gcc version pgcc-2.95.1 19990816 (release)

It failed due to an internal compiler error.
I haven't tried any older versions of gcc since I can't afford downloading
such a huge packet at the moment and don't have the time to compile and
install it.

I attached the plain source code as well as the preprocessed source and a
log file.

Output of /proc/cpuinfo:
processor       : 0
vendor_id       : AuthenticAMD
cpu family      : 5
model           : 8
model name      : AMD-K6(tm) 3D processor
stepping        : 12
cpu MHz         : 400.917486

The cpu is overclocked to 400 Mhz without any problems. Also, the compile
fails when the cpu runs at 350 Mhz.
The OS is (cat /proc/version) Linux version 2.3.24 (root@mahatma) (gcc
version pgcc-2.95.1 19990816 (release)) #2 Thu Oct 28 10:18:47 MEST 1999
