egcs-19991013: crash in cc1 compiling BYTE benchmarks

I got segmentation fault in cc1 when I tried to compile BYTE benchmarks
with
last gcc snapshot (egcs-19991013) with optimisations enabled.
Preprocessed sources
and other related files included.

System:   Pentium 200 MMX, 64Mb
                   Linux kernel 2.2.12
                   glibc-2.1.2
                   binutils-2.9.1.0.25

PS. I got similar crashes in the same file for some earlier snaphots
built for target i586-pc-msdosdjgpp (in the same file)
