egcs-19991004: Missing DBLX_MAX on sparc-linux

In /usr/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-redhat-linux/2.96/include/float.h there is the
line:

#define LDBL_MAX DBLX_MAX

But DBLX_MAX is nowhere to be found (mostly stock RedHat 6.0 system). Older
versions did not use DBLX_MAX to define LDBL_MAX.
