gcc 2.95-2 destructs non-constructed objects in exception handling

Thanks for your bug report. The code generated by the mainline
compiler (19991025) says

12321
Test caught
12321

so it appears to be fixed. Most likely, the fix will not propagate to
the 2.95.x series.
