gcc-2.95.2 and DEC AlphaPC 164 install problem

Dear gcc developers,

	The problem on this subject was all mine.  Since I 
didn't hear back from you I poked some more on your web site.
Finding that someone reported a successful build of gcc-2.95.1
on a DEC AlphaPC 164 running digital unix 4.0C, I figured the
problem was mine.  After, extensive work in restoring and 
rebuilding other software, gcc-2.95.2 did succesfully build
and install on the DEC AlphaPC 164.
