g77/686 -O2 in 19991122 breaks Kahan sum

That seems a reasonable assumption, however I found that the problem is 
occurring only at -O2 only when pentiumpro scheduling is specified.  I'm 
working on the stand alone test case.  I have run the same case with no 
problem on irix6.5 and with default x86 scheduling.
