Name Mangling changed from egcs 1.1.2 to gcc 2.95

This is the current text of it, right?

It *does* mention "EGCS 1.1" (meaning 1.1.0, 1.1.1, and 1.1.2).

I can gladly put a ".x" after the 1.1 if that helps...
