2.9-beos-980929 & PHP4 beta 3

I tried to compile the latest PHP4 beta from www.php.net. By default the 
included makefile passes -O2 to the compiler. When compiling libzend/
zend_execute.c this appears to cause an infinite loop which will eventually 
exhaust the system memory. Modifying the makefile to remove the -O2 fixes 
this.
