Installation failure, gcc 2.95.2

What is this `-m'? I guess it should be 'ld'
I remember something like this happening when I originally installed
egcs 1.1.2, as well, but I don't remember the workaround that was
necessary at that time to get it to compile. The same thing happened
even without the --with-gnu-xx things, too, for the matter.
