ICE due to template syntax error with 2.95.2

Hello,

the attached code snippet is causing an ICE with gcc-2.95.2 (release).
Tried on Intel as well as Sun. Mind the missing in template <class C ...
this syntax error is causing it as far as the code is concerned.
