Compiler error compiling Octave-2.1.20

I get an internal compiler error while trying to build Octave-2.1.20
I'm using Cygwin gcc version 2.95.2, on a Pentium II with Windows NT v4
sp3.

Attached are the outputs from the command line operation $make 1>1.out
