egcs-19991102: ICE compiling Fix.cc from libg++-2.8.1.3

Hi!

I got ICE bootstrapping egcs-19991102 snapshot (together with
libg++-2.8.1.3) when compiling Fix.cc in libg++ for target  i586-pc-linux-gnu.
I'm attaching output of gcc when I added additional options -v -save-temps and
preprocessed source

target:  i586-pc-linux-gnu
