Cannot build 19990517 snapshot on LinuxPPC

Would that be binutils? Currently I have version 2.9.1 of binutils.
Which version do I need? I have found 2.9.1-1a and 2.9.1.0.19a-2b (I
don't know if I dare to install a package with such a long version
number :-) on the net. They are both still 2.9.1, but maybe they'll
do the trick.
