bug with dump_type_real exclusion of TREE_LIST

Hi!  FYI, this test

-- cut --
extern "C" {
  typedef int bar;
  typedef void (*foo)();
  extern foo sigfpe (bar, foo)  ;
}
void fn () {  sigfpe (6 , (void (*)())1 ); }
-- cut --

yields the error

/tmp/t.C:6: sorry, not implemented: `tree_list' not supported by dump_type

dump_type_real is getting the void_list_node; in this case, we don't actually
try to use dump_parameters, where the stuff is now set up to handle it.
Instead, it goes thru type_as_string->type_as_string_real landing in
dump_type_real where it no longer has a case for TREE_LIST.
