I am continuing to get these Internal compiler errors. Can I not use
templates? Can I not use namespaces?

The attached file is the result of \"g++ -E ...\". When I do:

g++ Monitored.i

I get:

../../include/Oc/Lists.h: In instantiation of
`::Oc::::Oc::WeakPtr<::Oc::MonitoredListener>\':
../../include/Oc/Lists.h:49:   instantiated from
`Oc_ListEntry<::Oc::MonitoredListener,::Oc::::Oc::WeakPtr<::Oc::MonitoredListener>
>\'
../../include/Oc/Lists.h:49:   instantiated from
`Oc_List<::Oc::MonitoredListener,::Oc::::Oc::WeakPtr<::Oc::MonitoredListener>
>::iterator::operator ++<::Oc::MonitoredListener,
::Oc::::Oc::WeakPtr<::Oc::MonitoredListener>>()\'
Monitored.cpp:11:   instantiated from here
../../include/Oc/Lists.h:49: Internal compiler error.
../../include/Oc/Lists.h:49: Please submit a full bug report to
`egcs-bugs@cygnus.com\'.

g++ --version gives me:

egcs-2.91.57

This is the version of the compiler I got after upgrading my Debian 2.0 Linux to
Debian 2.1 (distribution \"frozen\").
