configure

Hi,

I want to install manfiles and infofiles as per the FSH2.0 ... these
belong in /usr/share/man and /usr/share/info ... but the top level
'configure' doesn't support this (doesn't pass the neccesary
options to the sub-level 'configures'; who *DO* support
--with-mandir=/usr/share/man and --with-infodir=/usr/share/info however
...).

How comes?
