[BUG] Internal compiler error 980715

[Toru Kobayashi]

passing template function to for_each() standard library function
causes internal compiler error 980715.
non-template function is OK.

Hardware: PC/AT compatible (CPU is Pentium 133MHz)
OS: FreeBSD 2.2.5-RELEASE (and also 2.2.7-RELEASE)
compiler version: gcc version egcs-2.91.62 19990224 (egcs-1.1.2 pre-release-2)
compiler option: None (except -save-temps)
