Personally, I have no idea :-). I don't have a copy of the standard to
start with, I just asked on Usenet about a funny behavior (that using
const_cast<> triggers a call the to the copy ctor), and James and
Gabriel replied me that the code shouldn't have compiled in the 1st
place.
