FreeBSD linking against libc_r instead of libc

Ah, that is is yet another situation.  I was describing egcs-patches
earlier.  For egcs-bugs, there one should expect not much in the way
of response.  See the website on how to ensure a bug gets fixed.

There, if someone has time to donate to fix your problem, it get
fixed, if not, then it doesn't.  There is a stronger link to the
platforms and languages that people that might fix it use.

Because I was on a 2 week vacation?!  I felt it was important enough
to chime in with my $0.02, desite the delay.
