Build of snapshots failed on Solaris 2.6

It seems that this is the key.  I upgraded to the latest make (3.77), and
the build finished.  There were lots of #errors about "ISA not supported"
and some others, but it did manage to complete the install.

So I guess we get two bits of information regarding compiling egcs:
	sun's make doesn't work
	make 3.7(3? 4?) doesn't work
