gcc-2.95pre rs6000-ibm-aix fix-header bug still present

	I did a bootstrap last night and it does not seem to be creating
the extra EXIT_SUCCESS and EXIT_FAILURE definitions.  On the other hand,
this time I had autogen installed and used fixincl program instead of the
shell script.  I am worried that there is some subtle interaction which
causes the extra definitions depending on the details of the bootstrap.
