I got the following error report while trying to use template metaprogram
techniqes.

g++ testinvers.cc

In file included from testinvers.cc:1:
MatrInvCl.h:16: Internal compiler error.
MatrInvCl.h:16: Please submit a full bug report to `egcs-bugs@cygnus.com'.
