gcc.c-torture/noncompile/971104-1.c fails with -O or -O2 w/2.95

	I'm still getting errors from the 2.95 (19990625) branch on
gcc.c-torture/noncompile/971104-1.c when using -O or -O2.

The egcs testsuite doesn't run this one with any optimizations, so
you'll have to do this by hand to see it (or run it under the old
c-torture package.)

ERROR: 971104-1.c: compiler got signal 11: -O -fno-omit-frame-pointer
ERROR: 971104-1.c: compiler got signal 11: -O -fomit-frame-pointer
ERROR: 971104-1.c: compiler got signal 11: -O2 -fno-omit-frame-pointer
ERROR: 971104-1.c: compiler got signal 11: -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer
ERROR: 971104-1.c: compiler got signal 11: -O2 -funroll-all-loops

	It seems platform independant.  I get it on solaris2.x,
SunOS4, Irix6, OSF4 and AIX4.
