feature suggestion/request -- Take 2

All,
	I asked Martin how to get -fcheck-memory-usage to work and he
indicated Checker was needed.  I looked for this in the info files but
could not find a reference.  I did a search on www.freshmeat.net and
found ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/Checker-0.9.9.tar.gz

I found on this ftp site Checker-0.9.9.1.tar.gz  (latest update Aug 31, 1998).
Does anyone know of any active development with Checker; or different site
w/ more recent info?

In the mean time, I'm going to give it a shot trying to get this to work.

Any pointers or advice would be appreciated,
