Cross compiler

Hi


I have tried to install Egcs by following those steps: configuration,
building, testing, install.

But i have already problem with configuration. I use solaris 2.2 in the
host and powerpc 750 as target.

I getthis massage after i typed confing command with target and options:

objdir% ../configure powerpc-elf
--prefix=~/EGCS1_1_2--with-headers=/usr/include --with-libs=/usr/lib

*** --with-libs is only supported when cross compiling

What have I done wrong? did Egcs work with Powerpc 750 as cross
compiler.
What did Egcs for Suport??
