I've attached (MIME, gzipped) the .ii file, and here's the pertinent info:

- egcs 1.1.1 on i386-netbsd
- no options to compiler beyond -I's

If there's no immediate fix, but there is a workaround, please let me
know... thanks!  (I'm not *positive* that there isn't a problem with the
code, but it looks `fine' upon visual inspection.)
