Solaris installation OK now (path!)

I had some very nasty installation problems for egcs-1.1.1 under
Solaris 2.5.1, which have now been resolved.  The last thing I did
(which finally made the compilation run) was to change the path which
is specified in /.cshrc.

old path: (/bin /usr/bin /usr/ucb /etc . /opt/gnu/bin)
new path: (. /bin /usr/bin /opt/gnu/bin /usr/local/bin /usr/ucb /etc)

I can't say why this made a difference, but it definitely did!

One other thing I did was to reinstall one of the Solaris packages which
has system include files in it.  Some of the files had somehow been removed
from my system.
