m68k problems - not all are solved yet

Jeff,

Even though I now can bootstrap recent CVS snapshots of egcs on my
m68k-next-nextstep3 system, that doesn't mean that all m68k problems are
solved.

E.g., the problem I described in

	http://www.cygnus.com/ml/egcs-bugs/1998-Dec/0227.html

still exists.
