egcs-2.93.06 sparc-sun-sunos4.1.4 bootstrap fails with --enable-c-cpplib

I get the exact same crash on sparc-sun-solaris2.6 with no special
configuration.

Just out of curiosity, what happens if you run a build with CFLAGS and
BOOT_CFLAGS set to include -fno-strength-reduce?  I'm seeing a bug
there on x86, might be related.  (I'll try this too.)
