egcs-1.1.2-pre1 problems on Hitachi SH

Hi,

Two problems with the Hitachi SH target in ecgs-1.1.2-pre1

-- egcs will generate illegal "braf" instruction on SH-1 Target
-- va-sh.h breaks with -ansi option due to "asm" instead of "__asm__"
