egcs-1.1.2pre1 won't bootstrap with make -j

To me, this is a new problem, because 1.1.1 builds correctly with

make -j bootstrap

on both my Solaris 2.5.1 box and on my Intel Red Hat 5.2 box.  So my
experience is not that the 1.1.x compilers won't build with -j.
