Yes, I built the 4 compilers for testsuite successfully on Irix6.5 on that 
snapshot, and I built a g77 on the 1991221 snapshot and verified that both 
snapshots had roughly the same ICE failures.  There has been a severe 
worsening trend since the 19991125 snapshot.
