Error in cc and gcc compiler for Dragonlinux

It means your gcc installation is truly broken.
Try reinstall-ing the vendor(dragonlinux)'s packages for gcc.
If that doesn't work, complain to them.
If DraginLinux uses a package format that is compatible with another
  distro (say, for example, it uses rpms) then try packages from another
  distro that uses the same format. (for example, if your distro uses
  rpms, you might try mandrake or redhat rpms).
