Next 3.3; java/parse.y has hardcoded dirent

GCC 2.95.2

Next Cube running NextSTEP 4.2, 3.3 Developer

gcc-2.95.2/gcc/java/parse.y has #include <dirent.h> hardcoded, that is, it  
does not configure to use the appropriate struct for the host.
