2.95.2 bootstrap ICE in gen_add2_insn (fwd)

While bootstrapping 2.95.2 on m88k-motorola-sysv4 I received the following
ICE during stage2 in function `ffestc_R1219' in `gen_add2_insn' at
optabs.c:3681.  Note that the bootstrap compiler is egcs-2.91.66.

--verbose --enable-version-specific-runtime-libs
