Hi there,
Trying to Install Version: GCC-2.95.2
Existing Version: 2.7.2.3 (default Slackware 4.0 install)
System Type: ASlab Pentium Celeron 500 MHz
Options Passed to Compiler: None -- just did ./configure then make bootstrap,
and on the latter, I receive this:
----------------------------------------
-c `echo ./cccp.c | sed 's,^\./,,'`
xgcc: Internal compiler error: program cc1 got fatal signal 11
make[2]: *** [cccp.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/gcc-2.95.2/gcc'
make[1]: *** [bootstrap] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/gcc-2.95.2/gcc'
make: *** [bootstrap] Error 2
snack1:/usr/src/gcc-2.95.2# pico FAQ
-----------------------------------------
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks,
Neil
