Thanks for your bug report. Again, I have problems reproducing it; my
installation of egcs 1.1.2, on i586-pc-linux-gnu, compiles it
fine. Please re-read

as you did not report the commmand line options you were using to
compile interface.i. Again, I suspect a hardware problem. Perhaps
others can try to compile interface.i and see whether they manage to
crash the compiler with it...
