error during building

Dear helper,

This is the errore I got when I "make bootstarp-lean" 


GCC version: gcc-2.95
The system type: sun4u sparc SUNW

All options passed to the compiler:
--enable-languages=c,c++
--with-gnu-as 
--with-gnu-ld 
--enable-threads  
--prefix=/home/baa/mygcc 


Output of make bootstrap-lean
