For a while now, I've been unable to bootstrap on alphaev5-dec-osf4.0b.

It seems the libiberty/fnmatch.c problem is fixed, but I get the
following error when building the target libio/isscan.cc:

 > /usr/var/tmp/gcc-testing/build/gcc/xgcc
 > 	-B/usr/var/tmp/gcc-testing/build/gcc/ -B
 > 	/usr/local/alphaev5-dec-osf4.0b/bin/ -c -g -O2
 > 	-fno-implicit-templates -I. -I../
 > 	../../egcs-CVS19991212/libio -nostdinc++
 > 	../../../egcs-CVS19991212/libio/isscan.cc
 >
 > ../../../egcs-CVS19991212/libio/isscan.cc:
 > 	In method `istream&istream::scan (const char *, ...)':
 > ../../../egcs-CVS19991212/libio/isscan.cc:36:
 > 	could not convert `ap' to `__va_list_tag'
 > ../../../egcs-CVS19991212/libio/isscan.cc:
 > 	In method `istream&istream::vscan (const char *, __va_list_tag)':
