[BUG] C preprocessor bug

Thanks for your bug report. gcc-2.95.1 does what you want, so it
appears that the bug is fixed. gcc 2.95 used the fix-included
asm/posix_types.h, whereas 2.95.1 uses the /usr/include one. I don't
know what the difference is.
