Internal error compiling libgcj-2.95 with gcc-2.95

Actually, libgcj 2.95 already has that configure test, but the code
that would fix-up the Makefile wouldn't do its job just after running
configure.  If you touch libjava/Makefile.in, libjava/Makefile will be 
re-created with the proper fix.
