gcc 2.95{,.1} looping forever

Agreed.
If this "$prefix/lib/gcc-lib/$target/$version/cpp" is reserve exclusively
to the compiler, then why not call it another name, so instead of having
recursive loop we'll just have "gcpp not found" kind of message.
